Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer store credit for any product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tag, and are in original condition (Excludes clearance, accessories and jewelry). Exchange needs to be shipped back to us within 14 days after receiving the item.

How Do I Process An Exchange Online?

To exchange an item for store credit, please process a Return Request on item(s) from your order. To do so, click here: https://ayvenavenue.myreturnscenter.com/

Follow the prompts on the screen and wait for the approval email before sending any merchandise back. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be refunded. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Once we receive the exchange they will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once processed you will be issued store credit for the price of the item(s) paid. You will receive an email once your account has been credited. Unfortunately, we cannot hold items for exchange until the returned product is received in store.

How Do I Process An Exchange In-Store?

To exchange an item in store please bring in the item wanting to exchange as outlined in the 1st paragraph above, and the original invoice. You can receive either online store credit, in-store gift card, or exchange it for another item in the store. Now that you've come in once, it is going to be hard to stop coming in! :)

-If you were shipped the wrong or damaged item, please reach out to us as we will pay the return shipping and get you the correct item shipped back to you. Thank you for your patience.

-Items purchased with a coupon will be exchanged for the total price paid (this will exclude the coupon or discount applied to your purchase). Discounts cannot be transferred to another purchase.

-Please email us at info@ayvenavenue.com with any questions or concerns.

 All clearance (sale tab), accessories, intimates, and custom jewelry items are final sale. Please do not ship these items back, as they are not exchangeable!

Sizing
When purchasing a product we want to make sure you find the perfect size on your first shopping trip! The product description will tell you how a particular item fits, whether it be true to size, or whether we recommend sizing up or down. We do try-on videos of all new pieces and post them to our product pages. Never hesitate to ask how something fits, you can email us at info@ayvenavenue.com.
