• What is your return policy? We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat rate fee of $6 for orders under $75. If your order is $75 or more we ship it for FREE! 
  • How long does it take for my order to ship? We do our best to have your order ship as soon as possible. If your order is time sensitive, please reach out to us via email at info@ayvenavenue.com. 

    Please keep in mind, the expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package, please contact your courier directly.

  • Why hasn't my tracking number updated? Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update after your package is scanned by USPS. Once it is scanned, your tracking number will update. If your tracking number has not updated in 48 hours, please let us know and we'll see what we can find out for you.

    • Do you make or tailor the clothes? No. We use brands and partnerships we know and trust. 
    • Are the clothes online the same as the clothes in your store? Yes! All styles listed online are also in our store. However, we do have some styles that reach our sales floor first. 
    • If I'm local, can I pick up my order in the store? Yes! Simply choose "Local Pickup" at checkout! 
    • How do I make a change to my order? Please email us at info@ayvenavenue.com and we will let you know your options!
    • Can I cancel my order? Please reach out to us as soon as possible. In an effort to ship orders as fast as possible, we are usually not able to cancel any orders. Once we receive an order, it is immediately handed over to our shipping team at which point we cannot retrieve it to cancel as they start preparing your order for shipment.
    • My size is sold out, will you restock it? We do what we can to restock our most popular items and sizes that sell out fast. However, we are not able to restock everything on our website. There is an 'Notify me when available' option on the product page. Please leave your email for your desired size and you will automatically receive an email notification if we are able to restock that specific size or item.
    • Do you have any sales coming up? Our email newsletter subscribers have early access to any and all sales that we may have. Please subscribe to our newsletter by going to the footer on the website and you'll see a box on the right hand side where you can enter your email address to stay up to date. You can also follow us on social media to hear about any sales going on.
