Creative Marketing Director

Our Mission 

Ayven Avenue brings community to women by selling fashionable, on trend clothing for all women in a way that brings about relatable connection. We strive to empower women through fashion, while creating a fun and friendly atmosphere where they feel loved and valued.

OVERVIEW: 

The Creative Director position formulates and inspires the design and overarching concept for the brand as a whole. They are entrusted with the vision of the brand and are responsible for executing and developing the vision; from values and mission to campaigns, all creative concepts will be in their hands.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Buying Assistant 

  • Assist owner in buying decisions 
  • Seasonal planning 
  • Using open to buy system 
  • Must be organized 

Email/SMS Marketing 

  • Sending out weekly campaigns via email and SMS marketing
  • Plan and execute weekly email and text marketing to share updates with customers. 
  • Must have good knowledge of graphic design 
  • Must be aware current of fashion trends 
  • Works directly with owner for content planning 
  • Ability to quickly learn new marketing programs, design tools and video creation apps

Website/App Management 

  • Updating slideshows on website & app to reflect new arrivals and seasonally appropriate content
  • Updating slideshows with important sale information, etc 

Social Media 

  • Oversee ongoing content calendar and ensure all key messages are shared at ideal times and across ideal channels with overall planning. 
  • Well versed on Reel/TikTok trends, sounds, best practices
  • Is able to translate knowledge to a business profile that has some limitations due to song rights and standing on brand
  • Comfortable in front of the camera  
  • Able and willing to dance on camera 
  • Knows and understands the Ayven brand 
  • Can both come up with creative ideas and be willing to be lead on what creative content to create
  • Works well on a team 
  • Is able to manage your own schedule to meet deadline

Photo Shoots 

  • Assist with model coordination 
  • Coordinating locations for photoshoots 
  • Assists with steaming/prep work 
  • Responsible for assisting with creative direction 
  • Outfit planning/styling
  • Content created to execute photos needed for social media 

Events 

  • Planning and organization
  • Create and execute launch plans for key products, events and content
  • Engage with key collaborators, members and strategic partners for joint promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field OR has works experience that translate over 
  • Ability to succeed in a quick pace environment 
  • Has created content that can be presented 
  • Is detail oriented
  • Has a creative passion for social media

Hours: 10-15/hr per week (some self-paced) 

Pay: $15-16/hour
